Shelby Williamson is the President & CEO of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce, a role she has held since August 2025.
Before leading the Collierville Chamber, Williamson served as Economic Development Director for the Weakley County Economic Development Board, where she strengthened relationships with existing industries, supported major employers, and advanced countywide business retention and expansion strategies. She later joined the Greater Memphis Chamber as Director of Business Development, working with regional and global partners to recruit new employers to Memphis and build strategic relationships that supported the region’s long-term economic growth.
Williamson also brings experience in workforce and talent solutions from her time in the private sector, gaining valuable insights into employer needs and labor-market trends.
She holds a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Mississippi State University, where she was active in Phi Mu sorority and served as Panhellenic President. She earned her Tennessee Certified Economic Developer designation in 2024 and is a member of the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives & Tennessee Economic Development Council.
A native of Jackson, Tennessee, Williamson is passionate about supporting both small businesses and major employers and is committed to strengthening Collierville’s economic vitality. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys life with her husband, Hunter, their daughter two year old daughter, Sutton, and their goldendoodle, Nellie.
