The Collierville Chamber of Commerce invites you to consider
these marketing opportunities. Whether you are interested in
building your company’s identity, attracting additional leads,
or interested in showing your support for corporate citizenship
in the Collierville area, there is something here to consider.
Whatever budget you may have to work with, there is an effective
option available.
ChamberWorks
Business/Member News From the Chamber
Published monthly, ChamberWorks is a multi-page newsletter
printed by the Chamber. Distributed to Chamber members as well
as other important community leaders and elected officials, it
features Chamber news, calendar of events, business/membership
tips, and advertising by Chamber members. If you have news such
as expansions, awards, new employees, etc. that you would like
to have published or to advertise in ChamberWorks, please
contact the Chamber at 853-1949.
Inserts can be included in the newsletter for a fee of $125. If
you would like to include an insert from your business, please
contact us at least one month in advance of the next
publication. You will be required to provide 800 copies of your
insert to the Chamber. (The newsletter is printed the last week
of each month).
Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner
The Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner is the biggest event of the
year for the Chamber. Your co-sponsorship of $2000 puts your
logo on over 800 invitations, a table for 10, and recognition in
the dinner program and the Chamber newsletter.
Business After Hours
Business After Hours is held by sponsorship only. This event is
designed to bring potential customers and/or suppliers into your
business. Business After Hours provides an excellent opportunity
for you to showcase your facility, promote products, and let
others meet your staff. As a host, refreshments and beverages
must be provided for the guests. Sponsorship is $300 and
includes recognition in the Chamber newsletter, a weekly fax,
and business cards collected. An invitation with company name
and logo will be mailed to all Chamber members. If you elect to
sponsor a Business After Hours, please contact the Chamber at
853-1949.
Ambassadors Host
Being an Ambassadors host is your opportunity to market to this
25+ active committee that serves as the goodwill arm of the
Chamber. This group meets monthly in the Chamber conference
room. The cost of the sponsorship is $150 and you receive
professional signage in the conference room and recognition in
the Chamber newsletter at the end of the month. If you would
like to host an Ambassadors committee meeting, please contact
the Chamber at 853-1949.
New Member Welcome Breakfast
New Members are invited to a New Member Welcome Breakfast during
the first quarter after they join the Chamber. The cost is $200
to sponsor this breakfast. Sponsorship includes your name and
logo on weekly faxes, and mailed invitation, recognition in the
Chamber newsletter, event signage, and time for brief remarks.
If you would like to sponsor a New Member Welcome Breakfast,

Member Alert (Friday Fax)
Each Friday Chamber Member Alert, a one-page flier that
supplements the newsletter, is faxed to members. This weekly
news brief contains information about your involvement in the
Chamber along with a calendar of events, which come up during
the month. The fax goes to over 500 fax machines. Members may
sponsor this fax for $100 (average 4 faxes per month.) The
sponsoring company’s name and logo will appear on the bottom of
the fax. If you would like to sponsor a Member Alert, please
contact the Chamber at 853-1949.
Membership Lunch Meeting (Monthly)
Your business can sponsor the Chamber’s monthly membership
luncheon. This event provides useful updates on the community
and Chamber activities in a light-hearted fashion. Held the
second Wednesday of each month at Ridgeway Country Club with an
average attendance of 165+, it’s a great opportunity to present
your product or service to Chamber members and guests.
Sponsorship is $500 and includes recognition with company name
and logo in the monthly newsletter, invitation postcard and
weekly fax sent prior to the event. The sponsor can provide
signage at the event and place literature on tables for
attendees. A complimentary lunch will be provided for one who
will sit at the head table and be allowed five (5) minutes to
introduce their business. If you would like to sponsor the

Golf Tournament
The annual golf tournament held in May will host over 100
golfers and features lunch and top prizes. There are numerous
sponsor levels available to receive exposure for your company.
You can also sponsor a golf team for your employees/clients. To

Collierville Magazine/Membership Directory
Printed annually and distributed in April, the Collierville
magazine is a good opportunity to reach your target market. With
more than 12,000 copies printed and distributed annually
advertisement in the publication reaches many readers. The
Chamber membership directory is printed annually and distributed
to all members.
Magazines and directories are distributed to advertisers,
newcomers, and any others who would like to distribute or
display the publications. They are also placed in business,
physician, newcomer and industry recruitment packets as well as
in welcome centers and local hotel rooms. To advertise in the
published magazine and/or in the directory, call MM Graphics at

Business & Home Expo
The Business & Home Expo is your opportunity to
highlight your business to thousands! You can receive high
recognition as a Gold or Silver sponsor of this community event,
as well as show your products and services to other businesses,
while networking with others making contacts for future
