Direct Benefits of Membership
In The Collierville Chamber of Commerce We Mean Business
Every year, 600+ business people take advantage of membership in
the Collierville Chamber of Commerce. Members know that time and
money invested in the chamber yields results for their bottom
line. The Collierville Chamber of Commerce members who get “the
most for their money” are the ones who take advantage of all
Chamber services and participate in Chamber programs. Here are
just a few of the exclusive benefits that a chamber membership
can provide:
All Chamber Publications
Members will receive all print materials sent out by the Chamber
of Commerce. This will include invitations to all events and
seminars, ChamberWorks Newsletter (monthly publication) and our
annual Membership Directory/Collierville Magazine.
Awards Programs
Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner
Held annually to present the Program of Work the evening also
offers dinner, entertainment and awards. The Person of the Year,
the highest award given in Collierville, along with other
recognitions are presented at the dinner.
Business Development and Expansion
The Chamber provides a staff member to assist you with
development and expansion. If your business is looking to
enhance its local operation and would like to consult the
Chamber regarding issues required to make your business grow,

Community Resource Data
The Chamber maintains data useful to business or residents in
the community. Such data includes Major Employers Directory,
Demographics, Census information, Apartment Guides, Clubs and
Organizations, Real Estate Information, and many others. For
copies of resource materials, please contact the Chamber at
853-1949.
Governmental Representation
Governed by a board of volunteer business leaders, the Chamber
takes a pro-business stand on legislative issues under the
directive of our members. The Chamber is dedicated to monitoring
relative issues, and consistently offers feedback to our local
and state legislators. If you would like to offer direct
feedback to the Chamber or have issues that affect your business
please contact the Chamber at 853-1949.
Mailing Labels/Diskette
Chamber members may purchase mailing labels or diskette of
Chamber members for $50. Mailing labels/diskettes are NOT
available to non-members. To receive a set of labels or
diskette, please call the Chamber at 853-1949 two (2) days in
advance of pickup.
Marketing Opportunities
The Chamber offers many opportunities for you to promote your
business through print media and event sponsorships. These
include the Collierville Magazine, Street
Map & Resource Guide,
Business Expo, ChamberWorks (Chamber
Newsletter), Chamber News (local newspaper), Golf Tournament,
Business After Hours, monthly Membership Lunch Meetings and
seminars. If we have not offered the exact opportunity you are
looking for, we are always open to new ideas, and we would enjoy
working with you to promote your business in a manner that would
benefit you.
Membership Directory/Business Guide
All members receive two free listing in the Chamber’s annual
Membership Directory/Business Guide and
Collierville Magazine,
and one free listing on the Chamber’s web site, colliervillechamber.com, along with free web site and e-mail
links. One listing appears in alphabetical order by company name
while the other listing appears by category/business type.
Additional category listings are available for $100 per listing.
(An additional paid listing will appear in the directory,
magazine and on our web site, colliervillechamber.com). A free
copy of the directory is sent to all Chamber members (extras
available at Chamber office). For an additional listing, please
contact the Chamber at 853-1949.
Promotion on the World Wide Web
Each member is listed on the Chamber’s World Wide Web site at
colliervillechamber.com any member having a web address may be
“linked” to our site at NO CHARGE. If you have a site and you
are not linked, please submit a request and the link will be
added to the Chamber web site. Also, if you wish to list your
business in more than one category, an additional listing can be
made on the web site as well as in the directory. (There is a
fee of $100 per additional category listing).
Ribbon Cuttings, Ground Breakings
Open Houses, Grand Openings
Assistance with Ribbon Cuttings, Ground Breakings, Open Houses,
and Grand Openings by the Chamber staff and Ambassadors will be
provided to all Chamber members. At least three weeks notice
must be given to Chamber staff to schedule one of the above
events. To schedule these events, please call the Chamber at
853-1949. Photos of these events are featured in the
ChamberWorks Newsletter.
Seminars
Seminars and educational opportunities are made available
throughout the year at affordable costs to Chamber members.
Please watch the newsletter for listings. You will also receive
mailings regarding these special educational opportunities. If
you would like for the Chamber to present information on a
specific topic, or if you have a seminar topic that would be of
interest to a wide range of members, please contact the Chamber
